This chocolate-topped smoothie bowl will give you a healthy boost of energy.

Start your day with an easy breakfast that is full of texture and flavour. Accented with cacao nibs and goji berries, this easy-to-make dish – that’s packed with superfoods – is nutritious and tasty!

Steps

  1. Put frozen banana, coconut milk, agave syrup and 2 ½ cups of frozen blueberries into a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Divide the smoothie between two serving bowls. Top evenly with goji berries, sliced fresh banana, blueberries, granola, coconut and cacao nibs. Garnish each bowl with 1 square of Lindt Excellence Coconut Dark Chocolate and edible flowers, if desired.
