It’s no secret that chocolate and mint play nice together, which is what makes this delicious smoothie so satisfying. The best part? It uses ingredients you likely already have on hand.

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Dutch process or raw cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/3-1/2 cup (80-125 mL) milk or nut milk
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 cup (250mL) milk (cow, almond or soy)
  • 2 squares (20g) Lindt Excellence Intense Mint Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
  • Mint leaves to garnish

For a deeper chocolate experience, melt 2 squares of Lindt Excellence Intense Mint Dark Chocolate in the microwave for 25 seconds, or a bain marie until just melted, and add to the mixture with the banana.
